Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PreShift Leads ("we," "us") collects through preshiftleads.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at hello@preshiftleads.com.
Information you give us
When you request a free sample pack, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name and company name
- Your trade and service area
- Your email address and phone number
Filling out the form is voluntary. We only use it to provide what you asked for.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and fix problems.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels on this site. Our page loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download it. Google's handling of that request is covered by Google's privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To send you the sample pack you requested
- To contact you by email or phone about your request and about PreShift Leads
- To process subscription payments and send receipts
- To understand which trades and service areas want coverage, so we know where to expand
- To keep the site secure and comply with the law
How we share it
We do not sell or rent the information you give us through this site. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), which stores form submissions, our email provider, and our payment processor (Stripe), which handles subscription payments. We never see or store your full card number. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Information in our lead reports
The lead reports we deliver to customers describe upcoming restaurant openings. They are compiled from public records (such as building permits, liquor-license filings, and planning board agendas) and other publicly available sources (such as job postings and business announcements). They may include the business name, address, expected opening date, and the name of the owner or operator listed in those records.
If you are named in one of our reports and want your information corrected or removed, email hello@preshiftleads.com. We will review and respond to every request.
How long we keep it
We keep sample-pack requests for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and for customers, for as long as the account is active plus a reasonable period afterward for records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Stop contact: Reply "stop" or "unsubscribe" to any email, or tell us on any call, and we will stop contacting you.
- See, correct, or delete: Email us and we will send you a copy of what we hold, fix it, or delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's law. Contact us and we will honor any rights that apply to you.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so through our site. Because of this, our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If a security breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above. If the change is significant, we will put a notice on our homepage.
